rentigo will allow you to easily collect your rent online. Tenants love this option as nowadays most people are paying many of their bills via the internet, this makes things even easier for them. Landlords and tenants can also manage and report maintenance issues. Their interface is very user-friendly and works on any desktop, tablet or smartphone!

Rent Tracker –

Rent Tracker is a clean and simple way to track your properties using an Android, iPad or iPhone. (A web-based version is coming soon.)
